Every package sends the same careful way

From your own email account, at a pace mail providers are happy with.

  • Up to 500 emails a day per account

That's Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, counted across all your sends from that address. Personal emails, one for each person, go at most 300 a day, and 50 a day to people you're applying to.

  • About 12 emails a minute

10 at a time, a few seconds apart, with a short break between, so your provider never sees a burst. 350 people take about 30 minutes.

  • Over the limit? They wait, they don't fail

Anyone past today's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up. If your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself.

  • Close the page whenever you like

Sending runs on our servers, not in your browser. Follow each send, person by person, under Sent emails.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Email openpromote.2026@gmail.com.

What does EmailCurator write?

Emails for your list: announcements, offers, event invitations, introductions, follow-ups, thank-you notes, requests and service notices. Send everyone the same email, written to suit every reader; use personal fields, so each person's copy has their own name, company and other details from your list; or have a separate email written for each person, from what your list says about them.

What is the difference between OpenPromote and EmailCurator?

OpenPromote is the company and your account: one sign-in, one balance of credits. EmailCurator is its first tool, the email writer. More OpenPromote tools, starting with social media, will use the same account.

Will it make things up?

No. It only uses the facts you give it. Every draft is checked for numbers, dates and claims that aren't in your brief, and for placeholders like [Name]. Anything that needs your attention is listed under "Worth checking" before you send.

How much does it cost?

Packages start at $0.99 (Rs 299) for 2 emails. There is no subscription: you buy a pack when you need one, and your credits never expire. Sending your own email, or one of our ready-made templates, from your own Gmail is free.

Can I send emails for free?

Yes. On the Send emails page, paste in your own email or pick one of our ready-made templates for your kind of business, add your list and send it from your own Gmail or other email account, to up to 200 people a month. You don't need an account until you send, and no card. Free emails end with a short "Sent free with OpenPromote" line, which you can remove for $1.99 for 30 days. Writing with AI is in the paid packages.

Do personal fields cost more?

No. The AI writes the email once, and filling in each person's details costs nothing more. One credit is one email of either kind, and your package's people per email works the same way.

How do personal emails work?

You write the brief once, and add your list with a Notes column: what each person bought, asked about or cares about. Each person's email is written from your brief and their row. Add a Links column with pages about their work, such as a professor's profile or a paper, and EmailCurator reads them first: every fact it takes from a page is checked against that page's own words, and you can see where each one came from. 3 samples come first, so you can check them, then the rest. Every email is checked, the ones worth a look are shown first, and nothing is sent until you approve it. One credit is 10 personal emails, sending included, and each has 1 free rewrite; your own edits are free. They're for people who know you, such as your customers, or people you're applying to, such as professors: those emails open formally, end with a line saying how to stop, and go out at most 50 a day.

How do I pay?

In Pakistan, you can pay in rupees, by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer: send the amount and enter the transaction reference, and your credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours; or with PayPal, in US dollars, with your PayPal account or by card where PayPal offers it: your credits are added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Everywhere else, you can pay with PayPal, in US dollars, with your PayPal account or by card where PayPal offers it: your credits are added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within seconds.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, for a package you haven't used: ask within 14 days of paying and you get all your money back. Once some of its credits are used, a package can't be refunded, but credits never expire. A double charge, or a payment that didn't add your credits, is always put right. Our refund policy has the details.

What counts as one email?

Writing a new email uses one credit. Each email comes with 3 free changes: a refine (shorter, friendlier, more formal and so on) or a fresh version from the same details. Editing the text yourself is always free. Each email can reach as many people as your package allows, counted across all its sends, and nobody gets the same email twice. To reach more people with the same email, one more credit adds the same number again.

How do I send it?

Copy it into any app, open it straight in Gmail or your mail app, or send it to your list from your own address with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hostinger or any SMTP server. Paste your list or import it from a CSV or Excel file, and send yourself a test first.

How many emails can I send in a day, and how fast?

Up to 500 a day from one email account. That is Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, so EmailCurator never goes past it, counting all your sends from that address. Emails go out at about 12 a minute, a few at a time, so 350 people take about 30 minutes. Anyone past the day's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up, and if your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself. Personal emails go at most 300 a day from one account, and 50 a day to people you're applying to. You can close the page: it runs on our servers, and you can follow it under Sent emails.

Is my email password safe?

Your password is only used to send your campaign. It is encrypted while the campaign runs and deleted as soon as it finishes. For Gmail, use an app password rather than your main one.

What happens to my contact lists?

They are used only to send your emails and to show you who you reached. The people you send to are kept in your account as your contacts, with what you sent them, until you delete the send or your account; we never contact them. For personal emails, your notes about each person are deleted 90 days after you last change or send them.

Can it write in Urdu?

Yes. Write your brief in Urdu and the email comes back in Urdu, with a natural greeting. It writes in the language of your brief, so English and other languages work the same way.
