Three ways to write
Pick the one that fits your list
The same writer and the same checks, three ways to reach people. Choose for each email.
One clear email, written to suit every reader.
Tell EmailCurator your news in a sentence or two, with the facts that matter. It writes one finished email for your whole list, from the greeting to the sign-off, with three subject lines to choose from.
- 1Pick the kind of email and write your news
- 2Add the key facts: dates, prices, links
- 3Choose the readers, the tone and the length
- 4Get the email in about ten seconds, then refine or send it
Best for
Announcements, offers, invitations and updates, when your list is only email addresses.
What it costs
1 credit per email, with 3 free changes
One email, with each person's own details filled in.
Write the email once with fields such as First name, City or Company. When it's sent, each person's copy is filled in from their row of your list, with a fallback for anyone missing a detail.
- 1Write your news, as for the same email
- 2Insert fields where each person's details go
- 3Upload your list and match its columns to the fields
- 4See each person's copy, then send
Best for
Lists in a spreadsheet, with names and details: customers, members, parents, guests.
What it costs
1 credit per email: filling in the details costs nothing more
A separate email for everyone, from what you know about them.
Write your brief once, and add your list with a Notes column: what each person bought, asked about or cares about. Add links to pages about their work, such as a professor's profile or a paper, and those are read too, with every fact checked against its page. Each person gets their own email. You read 3 samples first, then approve every email before it goes.
- 1Write the brief once, for everyone
- 2Upload your list, with notes about each person
- 3Read the 3 samples, then let it write the rest
- 4Read and approve each email, then send them
Best for
Customers and contacts you know, or professors and employers you're applying to, up to 350 people at a time.
What it costs
1 credit per 10 people, with 1 free rewrite each
Not sure which?
Two questions, one answer
Answer two quick questions about your list, and we'll point you to the way of writing that fits.
Question 1 of 2
Do you know something different about each person, such as what they bought, asked about or care about?
Quality checks
A second pair of eyes on every draft
Before a draft reaches you, EmailCurator reads it against plain, strict rules and fixes what it finds. Anything it can't fix on its own is listed for you to check.
Only your facts
Numbers, dates and prices have to come from your brief. Anything new is caught, then fixed or flagged for you.
No placeholders
Every draft is checked for [Name], {{company}} and "insert link here" before you see it.
No guessed names
The same email to everyone opens with "Hi there,". With personal fields, names come only from your list, never made up.
No shouting
No words in capitals, no rows of exclamation marks, nothing that looks like spam.
No pressure, no buzzwords
"Act now" and "leverage our synergies" are out. Plain words read better and look less like spam.
The length you chose
Short, medium or long, kept close to the word count you picked.
Refine
Not quite right? Just ask.
Every draft is yours to shape. Tap a refine and the whole email is rewritten in that direction, keeping your facts exactly as they were.
- 1
Six one-click refines
Shorter, more detail, more formal, friendlier, simpler words, or a clearer call to action.
- 2
Or say it in your words
“Mention free parking”, “make the date stand out”: type the change and apply it.
- 3
Three free with every email
Refines don't use credits, editing by hand is always free, and undo takes you back a step.

Sending
From your own account, at a safe pace
Send yourself a test, then send to your list from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Hostinger or any mail server. It runs in the background, and you can follow it person by person, stop it, or send again to anyone it missed.
Up to 500 emails a day per account
That's Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, counted across all your sends from that address. Personal emails, one for each person, go at most 300 a day, and 50 a day to people you're applying to.
About 12 emails a minute
10 at a time, a few seconds apart, with a short break between, so your provider never sees a burst. 350 people take about 30 minutes.
Over the limit? They wait, they don't fail
Anyone past today's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up. If your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself.
Close the page whenever you like
Sending runs on our servers, not in your browser. Follow each send, person by person, under Sent emails.
What it writes
One tool for every message you send to many
Pick the kind of email and EmailCurator knows its shape: what to say first, what to leave out, and how to end with one clear next step.

Need to reach more than 350 people per email?
What does EmailCurator write?
Emails for your list: announcements, offers, event invitations, introductions, follow-ups, thank-you notes, requests and service notices. Send everyone the same email, written to suit every reader; use personal fields, so each person's copy has their own name, company and other details from your list; or have a separate email written for each person, from what your list says about them.
What is the difference between OpenPromote and EmailCurator?
OpenPromote is the company and your account: one sign-in, one balance of credits. EmailCurator is its first tool, the email writer. More OpenPromote tools, starting with social media, will use the same account.
Will it make things up?
No. It only uses the facts you give it. Every draft is checked for numbers, dates and claims that aren't in your brief, and for placeholders like [Name]. Anything that needs your attention is listed under "Worth checking" before you send.
How much does it cost?
Packages start at $0.99 (Rs 299) for 2 emails. There is no subscription: you buy a pack when you need one, and your credits never expire. Sending your own email, or one of our ready-made templates, from your own Gmail is free.
Can I send emails for free?
Yes. On the Send emails page, paste in your own email or pick one of our ready-made templates for your kind of business, add your list and send it from your own Gmail or other email account, to up to 200 people a month. You don't need an account until you send, and no card. Free emails end with a short "Sent free with OpenPromote" line, which you can remove for $1.99 for 30 days. Writing with AI is in the paid packages.
Do personal fields cost more?
No. The AI writes the email once, and filling in each person's details costs nothing more. One credit is one email of either kind, and your package's people per email works the same way.
How do personal emails work?
You write the brief once, and add your list with a Notes column: what each person bought, asked about or cares about. Each person's email is written from your brief and their row. Add a Links column with pages about their work, such as a professor's profile or a paper, and EmailCurator reads them first: every fact it takes from a page is checked against that page's own words, and you can see where each one came from. 3 samples come first, so you can check them, then the rest. Every email is checked, the ones worth a look are shown first, and nothing is sent until you approve it. One credit is 10 personal emails, sending included, and each has 1 free rewrite; your own edits are free. They're for people who know you, such as your customers, or people you're applying to, such as professors: those emails open formally, end with a line saying how to stop, and go out at most 50 a day.
How do I pay?
In Pakistan, you can pay in rupees, by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer: send the amount and enter the transaction reference, and your credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few hours; or with PayPal, in US dollars, with your PayPal account or by card where PayPal offers it: your credits are added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Everywhere else, you can pay with PayPal, in US dollars, with your PayPal account or by card where PayPal offers it: your credits are added as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for a package you haven't used: ask within 14 days of paying and you get all your money back. Once some of its credits are used, a package can't be refunded, but credits never expire. A double charge, or a payment that didn't add your credits, is always put right. Our refund policy has the details.
What counts as one email?
Writing a new email uses one credit. Each email comes with 3 free changes: a refine (shorter, friendlier, more formal and so on) or a fresh version from the same details. Editing the text yourself is always free. Each email can reach as many people as your package allows, counted across all its sends, and nobody gets the same email twice. To reach more people with the same email, one more credit adds the same number again.
How do I send it?
Copy it into any app, open it straight in Gmail or your mail app, or send it to your list from your own address with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hostinger or any SMTP server. Paste your list or import it from a CSV or Excel file, and send yourself a test first.
How many emails can I send in a day, and how fast?
Up to 500 a day from one email account. That is Gmail's own daily limit for a personal account, so EmailCurator never goes past it, counting all your sends from that address. Emails go out at about 12 a minute, a few at a time, so 350 people take about 30 minutes. Anyone past the day's 500 goes out automatically as the 24-hour window frees up, and if your provider asks to slow down, sending pauses and carries on by itself. Personal emails go at most 300 a day from one account, and 50 a day to people you're applying to. You can close the page: it runs on our servers, and you can follow it under Sent emails.
Is my email password safe?
Your password is only used to send your campaign. It is encrypted while the campaign runs and deleted as soon as it finishes. For Gmail, use an app password rather than your main one.
What happens to my contact lists?
They are used only to send your email and to show you who got it. 90 days after a send finishes, its list of people is deleted; the totals, such as how many were sent, stay in your history. For personal emails, the list and your notes are deleted 90 days after you last change or send them.
Can it write in Urdu?
Yes. Write your brief in Urdu and the email comes back in Urdu, with a natural greeting. It writes in the language of your brief, so English and other languages work the same way.
